  • INCLUDED: LABOR AND TRAVEL TIME, when making the routine service check on the unit. 
  • INCLUDED: LUBRICATION AND ADJUSTMENT, as required, on all component parts of the equipment listed under this agreement. 
  • INCLUDED: REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT of the following minor parts, brushes, limit switch contacts, controller carbon and copper contacts, contact insulators, car and hatch door gibs, and control system fuses. Hydraulic lift fluid and motor starter contacts are not included.
